Todd Wayne Pastrick, age 60 of Mendon, died Saturday, March 23, 2024 from a severe stroke. He was born in Sturgis, Michigan on October 12, 1963 the son of Wayne Paul Pastrick and Carol Ann (Bayer) Pastrick. He graduated from Mendon High School with the class of 1982. He graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Plastics Technology, and took additional coursework from Glen Oaks Community College in CAD Design. Todd had been employed by several companies as an engineer in the auto industry, including Sound Tech of Grand Rapids, Shape Corp of Grand Haven, Mico Industries of Grand Rapids, II Stanley of Battle Creek. He left the automotive industry to start a new business venture BAT Sprinkling Specialists. He was currently developing underground sprinkling systems for Jergens Piping. During his employment he was instrumental in developing many patents in the automotive industry.

Todd enjoyed deep sea fishing and was a master scuba diver. He enjoyed boating on Lake Michigan and dirt biking. He traveled the world and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed camping, and cooking.  He enjoyed his numerous building and construction projects, and was a member of Ducks Unlimited.

Todd is survived by his companion, Bobbie Ray of Mendon; two children, Alexander Pastrick of Grand Haven and Marina (Andrew) Harvey of Spring Lake; his mother, Carol Pastrick; brother, Matt (Helen) Pastrick; three nieces, Madison Pastrick, Courtney Morgan, and Camelle Craft; great nephew, Boston Morgan; two uncles, Larry and Brent Bayer. He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Pastrick.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has been conducted. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 pm Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at the Eickhoff Funeral Home in Mendon, and where a memorial service will begin at 6 pm with Rev. LaChanuj Shelton officiating.
