Terry Donald Tomlinson, age 70 of Traverse City, passed away at his home on March 2, 2023.  He was born in Sturgis on December 24, 1952 the son of Donald and Frances (Crossgrove) Tomlinson.  Terry grew up in Mendon and was part of the 1971 graduating class from Mendon High School.  After high school, Terry attended Grand Valley State University where he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Business.  He was employed with American Express in New York in the World Trade Center building.  Terry would relocate to Arizona where he was involved in real estate.  He loved his two cats; Jack and Sky.  In his younger years, Terry was a member of The Screen Actors Guild and was an extra in multiple movies.

Terry is survived by his siblings; Dawn (Lou) Zagon of Mendon and Brian (Karen) Tomlinson of Leonidas.  Extended family; Derek Zagon, Eric Zagon, Zak (Darian) Zagon, Alex Zagon, Bryce Zagon, Branden Tomlinson, Steven(Brandi) Luedecking, Amber(Cole) Temple and Janey Lou Temple, Aunt Florence, Megan Zagon  and many cousins. Terry was preceded in death by his parents; Donald in 1994 and Frances in 1998; sister Linda Dean in 2008.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has been conducted.  A private family interment will take place at a later date.  Any memorials or donations made in Terry's name can be made to any local animal rescue.  Condolences and memories may be expressed to the family at eickhofffuneralhome.com
