Obituary

Sally Joy Androsky, age 69 of Three Rivers, MI passed away at The Orchards in Three Rivers, MI on February 23, 2026 after battling a long illness.  She was born in Cheboygan, MI on May 6, 1956 the daughter of Raymond "Butch" and Adeline Bischer.  She attended Onaway High School and was part of the 1974 graduating class.  Following high school, she attended Lawrence Technological University where she earned her engineering degree.  Sally would find employment and showcase her skills at the Wolverine Coil Spring Company, Peterson Spring, and Wright Coating Technologies.  While at a company party, is where her love blossomed when she had the chance to dance with Bob Androsky; the two love birds would marry on November 7, 1998 at St. Edward Catholic Church in Mendon, MI.

Sally enjoyed the simple things in life; reading science fiction and fantasy novels, listening to Dolly Parton songs, and watching NCIS.  She also spent a lot of time tending to her garden, putting in many hours ensuring her vegetables and flowers always passed inspection, so she could gift her fellow co-workers some fresh produce.  Sally learned how to be self-sufficient, a skill perfected at a young age, growing up on a small farm in northern Michigan.  Sally was very practical and understanding.  When her health started to decline, Sally managed to remain upbeat and optimistic, a true testament to her character.  Yes, she loved going to Barnes and Noble to read her next adventure, cheering on her Denver Broncos, and adopting cats; but her true love was reserved for those closest to her.

Sally is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Bob Androsky; four siblings; Ron Bischer, Jim Bischer, Jerry Bischer, and Alice Bischer; and many nieces, nephews, and extended families.  She was preceded in passing by her parents; Butch and Adeline Bischer.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation is being conducted.  A prayer service will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026 at 5pm at the Eickhoff Funeral Home (311 W Main St., Mendon, MI 49072) with an hour of visitation prior to services.  Burial will take place at a later date.  It is suggested that donations made in her name be directed to your local animal shelter.  Condolences and memories may be expressed to her family at eickhofffuneralhome.com
