Raymond, Ralph Rowland was born on Dec. 23, 1960 in Sturgis Hospital, the son of the late Ralph Byron Rowland and Ruby Lorraine (Van Vorst) Rowland, and was a lifetime resident of the area. He attended Colon Schools where he was a member of the Cross-Country team. For most of his working life Raymond worked in the Recreational Vehicle industry and resided for a time in Bristol, Indiana. He loved animals and had several dogs and cats over the years. He enjoyed raising chickens, fishing, and working outdoors. He enjoyed good food and old movies.

Raymond is survived by two brothers, James C. Rowland of Colon and Ronald L. (Tracy) Rowland of Coldwater; a sister, Suzanna Arbogast of Colon; and two nieces, Anna Arbogast and Amanda Arbogast. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Lisa Rowland.

Cremation has been conducted. A graveside memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Friday, May 7, 2021 in Mendon Cemetery with Rev.
