Phyllis Mae Rosen, age 86 of Vicksburg, died Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at Wings of Hope Hospice in Allegan.  She was born in Vicksburg, MI on Sep. 1, 1935 the daughter of Fannie Irene Boyd, and Brony Dombroski.  She attended Mendon Schools and for a few years worked at Kaywood Manufacturing, making window blinds. She enjoyed crocheting, cross-stitching, and solving Sudoku puzzles.

Phyllis is survived by three daughters, Delores (Chris) Salter of Vicksburg, Martha Tice of Three Rivers, Debra Franks of Mendon; step-daughter, Nora Rosen of Mayer, Arizona; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; and eighteen great-great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her step-father, Edward "Shorty: Hughes; and daughter, Mary Ellen Franks; son-in-law, Robert Franks; and grandson, Steven Franks.

The family will receive friends from noon to 1:00 pm on Monday, April 11, 2022 at the Eickhoff Funeral Home in Mendon.  Funeral services will begin at 1:00 pm Monday at the funeral home with Rev. Carl Litchfield, Pastor of the Mendon United Methodist Church officiating.  Burial will follow in Mendon Cemetery.  Memorials may be directed to Wings of Hope Hospice, 530 Linn St., Allegan, MI 49010.
