Philip Ronald Myers, age 62 of Vicksburg, died Monday, Aug. 3, 2020 at his home following a brief illness. He was born in Kalamazoo, MI on March 11, 1958 the son of Ronald and Marian (Homan) Myers. Philip attended Climax-Scotts Schools and resided in Texas for 12 years. Locally he worked for Fritz Farms and Lindel Dairy Farm and for Hoekstra Roofing. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, mushrooming, and socializing with his friends.

Philip is survived by his daughter, Emily (Ashton) Anthony of Portage; two grandchildren, Emerson and Braxton Anthony; his ex-wife and friend, Judy Myers of Fulton; sister, Pam Borsodi of Osceola, IN; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ron and "Pete" Myers; and by two brothers, Jerry and Glenn Myers.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has been conducted. His cremains will be interred in Leonidas Cemetery in a public ceremony at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 29, 2020. The family suggests that memorial contributions be directed to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Cancer Center, 333 Burnet Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45229-3026.
