Mary L. (Miller) Yoder died Thursday Jan. 19, 2017 at her home in Colon, Michigan at the age of 70 years, 3 months, and 7 days. She was born in Sturgis, Michigan on Oct. 6, 1946 to Leroy E.G. and Katie (Hershberger) Miller. She was married to Elias D. Yoder on Oct. 19, 1965.
To this marriage were born 2 sons and 3 daughters:
Elias Yoder Jr. (Debra) of Cumberland Furnace, TN,
Mary Katherine Troyer (Leroy) of Centreville, MI,
Alfred E. Yoder (JoAnn) of Colon, MI,
Rose Mary Otto (Elva) of Arthur, IL,
Mary Esther Mosley(David) of Denver, IN;
18 grandchildren;
2 step-grandchildren;
5 great-grandchildren;
2 brothers and 4 sisters.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; stillborn daughter; 1 sister; and 1 sister in law.

Visitation on Friday afternoon and evening will be at her home, located at 30100 Marsh Road, Colon, MI 49040.
Saturday visitation will be held at the Lloyd Slabaugh home located at 71915 County Road 3, Nappanee, IN 46550 and where services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Sunday.
Burial will be in Weldy Cemetery near Nappanee.
