Marian Elizabeth White, age 100 of Galesburg, MI, passed away at her home on November 13, 2025, after a long illness.  She was born in Garden City, Michigan on April 6, 1925, the daughter of George and Anita (Netza) Sabo.  On March 2, 1950, she would marry the love of her life Leon White, in Kalamazoo, MI.  For over 40 years, Marian worked for the United States Postal Service.  She enjoyed spending time in her garden, tending to her bright and beautiful flowers.  Marian was a talented artist, drawing wonderful pictures and even sewing and creating her own clothing.  Animals had a special place in her heart, and she always enjoyed taking care of them and playing with them.  Marian looked forward to traveling with her family and friends, especially to Hawaii.  She loved listening to big band music and cherished to moments her and Leon had dancing the night away.

Marian is survived by her four children; Barbara Gamache, Elizabeth White, Allan (Jan) White, and Marjorie Perrin; eleven grandchildren; Aaron, Michelle, Audrey, Julie, Shawn, Dana, Jordan, Scott, Nolan, Ryan, and Misty; twenty-three great-grandchildren; Michael, Tommy, Eric, Chris, Savanna, Elizabeth, Sara, Morgan, Andrew, Cody, Grant, Elizabeth, Shelby, Aubrey, Austin, Isabelle, Aiden, Addison, Owen, Elias, Oliver, Elodie, Uriah, and Elowen; and four great-great-grandchildren; Uriah, Bonnie, Lennox, and Nova.  She was preceded in passing by her parents, George and Anita Sabo; two siblings; Julie Musial and George Sabo, Jr.; and her loving husband of fifty-four years, Leon White.

Funeral services will be held for Marian on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 2pm at the Eickhoff Funeral Home (311 W Main St, Mendon, MI 49072) with Pastor Carl Litchfield officiating.  Following the service, cremation will be conducted.  Condolences and memories may be expressed to Marian's family at eickhofffuneralhome.com
