Jeffery William Crabtree, age 66 of Three Rivers died Sunday July 24, 2016 at Heartland Health Care in Three Rivers. He was born in Three Rivers on January 28, 1950 the son of James S. and Frances (Hughes) Crabtree. Jeffery graduated from Three Rivers High School in 1968. Jeffery was an engineer for many years, traveling to many places for his job. He was also a gun enthusiast who enjoyed hunting, target shooting, and collecting.
Jeffery is survived by lifelong companion, Donna Najdowski; four siblings; Leroy Crabtree of Galesburg, Gerry (Joe) Fletcher of Vicksburg, Susan Crabtree (Erik Bergman) of Portland, OR, and John Crabtree of Florida; and several nieces and nephews; He was preceded in death by his parents James and Frances Crabtree.
In keeping with the family's wishes, cremation has been conducted. A private interment will take place at a later date. Jeffery's family would like to express their gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and staff of Heartland for their compassionate and loving care they gave to Jeffery. Memorials may be directed towards Boy Scouts of America or your local Hospice
