E. David Moore, age 79 of Leonidas, died unexpectedly on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo.  He was born in Three Rivers on January 29, 1945 the son of the late Earl V. Moore and Madeline (Carlisle) Moore, and was a lifetime resident of southwest Michigan. David graduated from Three Rivers High School and later became a police officer serving several departments for over twenty-seven years. He was a mechanic and driver at area dirt tracks and enjoyed working on all types of cars. He also enjoyed motorcycling and ice fishing.

David was a devoted husband, father, step-father, foster-father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents; and by four brothers, Vernon "Pee Wee" Moore, Larry Moore, Clarence "Shorty" Moore, and Steven Moore.
