Donna Lee Mohney, age 70 of Mendon passed away peacefully at her home on Monday Sep. 2, 2013. She was born in Three Rivers on June 19, 1943 the daughter of Robert Lee Moyer and Betty Virginia (Locey) Moyer. Donna graduated from Mendon High School in 1961. She was married to Bruce Mohney on Jan. 29, 1962 in Mendon. They were later divorced.

Donna was a longtime employee at the Haas Corporation, later known as Lear, retiring in 2001.
She was a volunteer with the Make-A-Wish Foundation. She provided baby-sitting service to many from her home. She enjoyed working in her yard and watching U of M football and NASCAR events.

Donna is survived by 2 daughters, Shery (Wayne) Riemer of Mendon and Deana (John) Shaffer of Union City; a brother, Bill (Dorothy) Moyer of Mendon; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and their families especially Marissa, Bridgete, Gavin, Jonah, and Nicole; and by her cat, Cinders. She was preceded in death by her father, Bob Moyer and her mother, Betty (Locey-Moyer) Little.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday Sep. 5, 2013 at the Eickhoff Funeral Home in Mendon. Cremation has been conducted and a private interment of ashes will take place later.
