Delise Ann Lowery, age 59 of Mendon, died unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2021.  She was born in Hahn, Germany on April 3, 1962 the daughter of Jay Dee and Joan (Qualkenbush) Lowery while her father was serving in the military. After high school, Delise attended Glen Oaks Community College.  She worked at Pioneer Seed Corn in Constantine, and for the past eight years as a salesperson for Forts Candy Company.  She enjoyed outdoor activities, doing yard work, and her flower garden.  She was an animal lover, especially her dog, Leyla, and was a member of the ASPCA.

Delise is survived by her mother, Joan of Mendon; her son, Brian (Angel) Lowery of Mendon; grandson, Jayden Koole; and a granddaughter on the way; two sisters, Diane (Ron) Bryant of Greenville, SC and Dreasa Lowery of Kalamazoo; a brother, Rick (Lena) Lowery of Mendon; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her father, Jay Dee Lowery; and by a brother, Randy Lowery.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has been conducted, and a private family service will be held later.  The family suggests that memorial contributions be directed to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals at www.aspca.org .
