Cindi Lou Overweg, age 56 of Vicksburg died Thursday June 19, 2014 at Rose Arbor Hospice Residence in Kalamazoo. She was born in Vicksburg on April 11, 1958 the daughter of Harold Lee and Patricia Louise (Beebe) Noel and was a lifetime resident of Vicksburg. She graduated from Vicksburg High School in 1976. Cindi was employed at U.A.W. Legal Services for 17 years, and most recently as a paralegal for the Halpert, Weston, and Sawusch Law Firm in Kalamazoo. She enjoyed farming, card-playing, crossword puzzles and cooking for her family. She was married to Jerry Lee Overweg on May 19, 1990 in Vicksburg. Jerry died Nov. 3, 2010. She was also preceded in death by her father, Harold Noel.

Cindi is survived by her mother, Patricia Noel; three children, Chad (Jackie) Overweg, Shannon (Michael) Boyd, and Tricia (Matt) Willy; grandchild, Nickalas Lee Overweg ; brothers, Lee (Missy) Noel and Randi (Deb) Noel ; brothers in law, Lavern (Deb) Overweg, Norm (Pam) Overweg, and Doug (Angel) Overweg all of Vicksburg.
