Carter Lee James Maher died shortly after birth on Tuesday August 6, 2013 at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo. Carter is survived by his mother, AuraLee Maher of Three Rivers; sister, Anabell Maher; maternal grandfather, Gerald R. Maher of Three Rivers; maternal great-grandmother, Patricia Maher of Paw Paw; aunts, Debbie Bush and Michelle Maher; uncle Gerald R. Maher II; cousins, Britley Bush and Aiden Maher; and several great-aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Roberta Maher; maternal great-grandfather, William Maher; and maternal great-grandparents, Donald and Shirley Rose.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday Aug. 10, 2013 at Peek Cemetery in Florence Township with Rev. Dave Bogda officiating. Memorials may be directed to the family.
